You won’t because:

  • Another case will come along
  • Business is unpredictable. Something always happens (problems or opportunities)
  • You will try to reach Y

When you take on a lot of work it becomes a habit.

And it’s hard to break a good or bad habit.

If you want to slow down you must :

  • Make a decision
  • Find your “Why”
    • Assign pain to continue your acceleration
    • Associate pleasure with slowing down
  • List all your options
  • Select the ones that are most likely to work
  • And start now with the first action

Your intention will overcome your habit, not your hope.
