One Simple Question To Get Back To A Good Emotional State And Easily Deal With Your Daily Problems

August 19, 2022 by Dror Allouche Leave a Comment

When you succeed, when everything seems easy, you are in the right emotional state. And often it’s linked to your ability to ask yourself the right questions.

The problems of the day come and you find easy solutions. Nothing affects you.

And on other days, your first reaction to a small difficulty is :

— “oh no”
— “why me”
— “why today”

Don’t tell me that this never happens to you 😀

Whether it happens to you or not is not the issue.

The point is to be aware of it and have the tools to get you back into the right emotional state.

Remember? The one in the first paragraph where everything works out for you…

What if one question would allow you to quickly get back to the right emotional state?

Questions have magical power. The quality of your communication with yourself and others depends on the quality of your questions.

And this one is very simple. I discovered it over 20 years ago in the book Awaken the Giant Within – by Tony Robbins

When the problem arises, and they happen all the time😀, replace :

— “oh no”
— “why me”
— “why today”

With:

—What’s interesting about this situation?

—What’s not perfect yet?  With “Yet”, you suggest to your brain that it will be better in the future.

Conclusion

Don’t ignore the problems. It doesn’t work.

Deal with them. But make sure you are in the right emotional state by asking yourself the right questions.
And “What’s not perfect yet?” will help you do that…
