Your Year Isn’t Over. Here’s How to Win Q4.

September 9, 2025 by Dror Allouche Leave a Comment

The fourth quarter is already here.

We can either let it pass by or prepare for it and finish the year strong.

We often associate the success of our projects with our productivity.

Yes, it matters, but the further I go, the more I realize it’s less about productivity and more about clarity.

And the good news is, it’s more about method than talent.

Want to finish the year well? Take 30 minutes to do this little exercise.

Finish the year strong: 3 steps to achieve your Q4 goals
The triple-A Marshall Goldsmith

Finish the Year Strong: 3 Steps to Achieve Your Q4 Goals

1. Aspiration

It’s our North Star. We don’t try to achieve it, we try to improve day by day. It guides our actions and decisions.

Mine: to become the best version of myself and help others achieve what they want..

2. Ambition

These are our goals. What we want to achieve.

  • Select those with the greatest potential to accelerate your major projects
  • Make sure they are in line with your aspiration
  • That they make you vibrate
  • Less is more. Aim for 3 maximum.

My objectives for the fourth quarter of 2025

Stop climbing harder. Start climbing smarter.

Business

My goal was to replicate the 2024 performance and double my business again.
I won’t reach it.
I even went through a phase where I was blocked. But I kept searching and found a new approach that fills me with hope.

I should improve my Q4 and prepare for an excellent 2026.

And that’s my main message. When you climb the mountain of your dreams, don’t forget to enjoy the climb.

The most important thing is the excitement and learning along the way.  If I measure my year 2025 by these criteria, I have succeeded more than 100%. I am enthusiastic about my goals.

Health/sport: (my crazy dream)

For those of you who were already reading my blog in 2024, you’ll remember my crazy goal.

To get back to the body I had at 20 by the time I turn 50.

It’s a dream I’ve been passively pursuing for four years and have yet to achieve.

I don’t know yet if I’ll accomplish it, but there are signs of hope.

I’ve lost a lot of weight. I’ve rebuilt a much better muscle base.

And after searching, I’ve found what works for me.

A combat academy where I can train almost every day.

I’m rediscovering my fighting spirit (I used to be a karateka) and sculpting my body.

When you keep your goal in mind, you often find unexpected solutions.

3. Actions

It’s what turns our dreams into reality.

For each of my goals, I’m going to list actions and experiments to try, and prepare active questions (see paragraph 2 of this blog) to make sure I give myself every chance of success.

Align these 3 elements.

Aligning these 3 elements gives me pleasure.

I feel like I’m living the life I want and pursuing my dreams quarter after quarter..

Conclusion.

If you also want to live this experience, your first action is simple.

Take 30 minutes in your schedule to get started.

And let’s remember that no matter our results at the end of Q4, what matters is enjoying the journey.

See you soon.
