Let’s imagine I’ve solved my procrastination problem. How do I feel?
- Feel good: There’s no better sensation than seeing my most important projects progress every day.
- Clarity: I make better decisions.
- Confidence: I enter a virtuous circle. Every action reinforces my self-confidence.
This exercise is simple but not easy.
It forces us to face our truth…
