Some Experiences Are More Valuable Than Others. The Habit Of Carefully Listening To People Who Are Like What They Preach.

She was cheerful and in great shape. I took the opportunity to ask her a question. What is your secret?

“Take life in stride, have fun and live healthily.

“And then you have to move on… Recently, I had a backache. I thought about staying home. But I have a friend who suggested a hike. I forced myself. I went for it. And guess what? After that walk, my back pain was gone. “

This common-sense advice will always be in my memory.

When you meet inspiring people, ask them for their secrets.

One of these answers could change your life.

Open your eyes and ears today. You could have an exciting encounter. 😉
