On the web, you read a lot of advice about good routines to start or end your day.
They won’t work for you for two reasons. (at least)
- Someone else’s glasses won’t correct your vision
- In a world full of constraints, the ones that bring us happiness and meaning are those we impose on ourselves.
3 steps to create the routine that will work for you
- Be inspired by others’ routines but do not copy them
- Take the time to think about the routine that will serve you best.
- Align your routine with your aspirations (who you want to be) and your ambitions (what you want to achieve)

The triple A
Don’t add (again) an imposed constraint, create your own.
