Do any of these challenges sound familiar?
We all know what good leadership looks like. But putting it into practice, especially under pressure, that’s a whole different story.
Ever feel like your schedule is completely packed? Finding time for one more thing, like coaching, can feel impossible.
You want results. Investing in yourself is smart, but you need to know it’s worth your time and money. How can you be sure this will pay off?

As a former C-level, I understand your concerns. They’re well-founded.
And at the same time, we know when we lead a team that our biggest lever for accelerating our most important projects is our people.
I’ll work with you to craft a leadership coaching plan that’s not just theoretical—it’s built on concrete feedback from your teams, tailored to your unique context, and designed to be seamlessly integrated into your daily work.

You are a talent.
Everyone has been telling you that for a long time.
But you also know that What Got You Here Won’t Get You There. (The famous book of Marshall Goldsmith)
Business is getting more complex. Your role is becoming increasingly demanding. You must constantly adapt.
At your level, it’s rarely about hard skills.
But more about leadership behaviors.
I know what you are thinking as you read this. Another leadership training…
I hear you, and it’s true.
In theory, we all understand good leadership practices.
- Seek first to understand, then to be understood. (Habit #5 in Mr covey’s famous book )
- Build a climate of trust.
- Avoid trying to win all the time ( hint, you often start your sentences with No, But, However, which is a disguised way of saying, “I’m right, you’re wrong”.)
- Focus on the critical few.
- Collaborate better
Historically, a great deal of leadership development has focused on the importance of an event. This event could be a training program, a motivational speech, or an offsite executive meeting. The experience of the eight companies we studied indicates that real leadership development involves a process that occurs over time, not an inspiration or transformation that occurs in a meeting.”
—Leadership Is a Contact Sport
But (let’s face it) it’s hard to change behavior.
And even more so in the heat of the moment, when you are juggling different appointments, when you still have to finalize an important presentation for the board, when the numbers are not as good as expected…
Executing what you know in leadership theory seems impossible.
You can’t teach an old dog new tricks…without Marshall Goldsmith’s help. With his coaching, you can change your old behavior to create new outcomes.”
—Deanna Mulligan, CEO, Guardian Life, Fortune 50 most powerful women in business
But there is another solution.
Improving your leadership on the job.
No fluff. No wasted time. Measured results.
And I believe in it so much that you only pay me if you succeed. (for more information, contact me here.)
What is the solution, and how does it work?
The model
The process
- Objective: You choose the major objective of leadership behavior you want to improve.
- Stakeholders: You select 6 to 12 people who work and interact with you regularly in your current mission.
- Follow-up: You ask for monthly feedback and feedforwards to your stakeholders.
- Plan: You build and adapt your plan every month based on the feedback and “Feedforward” (suggestions) of your stakeholders
- Measurement: Through two mini-surveys addressed to your stakeholders
As your executive coach, I assist you throughout the process. (For more information, contact me here.)
What makes our coaching approach different?
How did it start?
I didn’t invent it (I wish I had 😀). It’s based on Marshall Goldsmith’s experience with the biggest CEOs in the world and over 30 years of research.
Time and again, one variable emerged as central to the achievement of positive long-term change: the participants’ ongoing interaction and follow-up with colleagues”
