How to Regain Focus: My 7-Day Plan for Peak Productivity

March 17, 2025 by Dror Allouche Leave a Comment

Over the past 3 months, I’ve gradually lost my focus.

I’ve let one of my muscles, which has created my success in everything I’ve undertaken so far, shrink.

And I could be hiding behind good reasons.

In 2025, my priority is to accelerate the development of my personal brand.

My main channel. Linkedin.

Why?

The more my messages are seen, the more business opportunities I have.

And I use a vehicle that gives me energy. Writing and sharing ideas.

The problem.

LinkedIn is a social network.

Its purpose is to distract me.

In pursuing my quest that works, I’ve more than doubled the number of followers and increased my impressions by 580%, but I’ve lost my focus at the same time.

  • By logging on more often.
  • By interrupting my intense working blocks.
  • By scrolling indefinitely.

But focus isn’t a theory, it’s something you do.

How to Regain Focus: My 7-Day Plan for Peak Productivity

1/ The Power of Three

  • Write 3 must-do tasks on paper the evening before
  • Do them before opening to the external world ( email, DM ect)
  • Cross off physically

Effect: Creates momentum

2/ Time Power Block

  • 90 minutes of deep work
  • No interruptions
  • Timer + music for focus + no notification

Effect: Builds focus muscle

3/ The 20-Minute Move

  • Walk outside daily
  • No phone
  • Just think

Effect: Enhances creativity

4/ Evening Reset

  • 7 hours sleep non-negotiable
  • No screens 30 min before bed
  • Review tomorrow’s priorities

Effect: Optimizes recovery
Zoom in: Do you want to achieve more? Sleep better.

The bottom line

By applying these four points, I regained my focus almost instantly. I was able to regain control over my tasks, and felt more productive and calmer.

You don’t have a problem of time. You have a problem of focus.

And it’s your responsibility to win it back.

You’ve probably already read these four tips. It’s not a question of knowing or understanding them. It’s a matter of applying them.

What will you do this week to regain control over your most important asset?

See you soon.
