De <a href=\"https:\/\/optionstogrow.com\/fr\/commencez-avec-la-fin-en-tete\/\">\u00ab\u00a0Commencer avec la fin en t\u00eate<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/optionstogrow.com\/fr\/maitrisez-votre-agenda\/\">\u00ab\u00a0Garder ses fronti\u00e8res temporelles\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>, chaque \u00e9tape a pos\u00e9 une brique essentielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre 12 et derni\u00e8re habitude de leadership se concentre sur la recherche de solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 un obstacle, notre r\u00e9flexe naturel est de nous plonger dans le probl\u00e8me. On l&rsquo;analyse, on le d\u00e9cortique, on d\u00e9bat de ses causes. On s&rsquo;y noie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette obsession du probl\u00e8me, bien qu&rsquo;intellectuellement satisfaisante, est un pi\u00e8ge. Cette approche r\u00e9oriente votre attention de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 vers la possibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;outil \/ L&rsquo;exercice : La r\u00e8gle des \u00ab\u00a012\/48\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Comment l&rsquo;appliquer :<\/strong> Face \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me, consacrez 12 minutes \u00e0 le comprendre. Ensuite, engagez-vous pendant 48 minutes \u00e0 \u00e9valuer vos options, \u00e0 s\u00e9lectionner la plus prometteuse, \u00e0 lancer la premi\u00e8re action et \u00e0 planifier les \u00e9tapes suivantes. Et \u00ab\u00a0Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui n&rsquo;est pas encore ok ?\u00a0\u00bb.
