Pour ceux qui ont manqu\u00e9 les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e9ditions, retrouvez-les toutes \u00e0 la fin de ce post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avais 27 ans quand j&rsquo;ai pris mon premier job de patron d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe de 10 vendeurs. Je voulais plaire \u00e0 tout le monde, ma hi\u00e9rarchie et mes \u00e9quipes. Alors pour ne blesser personne, j&rsquo;enrobais mes messages de sucre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat ? Personne ne comprenait vraiment ce que je voulais dire. La confusion s&rsquo;installait. Les non-dits et les interpr\u00e9tations ralentissaient l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution.<br><br>J\u2019ai rapidement compris qu\u2019il fallait que je change et que je passe \u00e0 une communication plus directe m\u00eame (ou surtout) quand les messages \u00e9taient plus difficiles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme souvent en Leadership (notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 communiquer avec les autres) la solution est simple \u00e0 comprendre, difficile \u00e0 appliquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 du temps, on lit un livre, on fait une formation. Mais rien ne change. Comprendre ne suffit pas. Il faut appliquer. Et cela passe par la pratique.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quatre piliers pour transformer vos intentions en messages percutants. La simplicit\u00e9 radicale : un seul message<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le Concept :<\/strong> Pour les leaders, communiquer c&rsquo;est coup\u00e9 le bruit. C&rsquo;est livrer un seul message, clair et simple, car \u00ab\u00a0si vous dites trois choses, vous ne dites rien\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;outil : le plan sur une page.<\/strong> Avant une communication importante (email, pr\u00e9sentation, conversation), posez-vous ces questions :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Quelle est LA seule id\u00e9e que je veux que mon audience retienne ?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201dQuelle est l\u2019action que je veux que mon audience fasse\u202f?\u201d (pour aller plus loin sur ce concept, je vous recommande ce livre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Compelling-Communicator-Mastering-Exceptional-Presentation\/dp\/0998237310\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Compelling Communicator by Tim Pollard<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois identifi\u00e9e, \u00e9liminez tout le reste : le jargon, les d\u00e9tails superflus, les mots de remplissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;exemple : John F. Kennedy.<\/strong> Il a magistralement r\u00e9duit un discours complexe \u00e0 une seule id\u00e9e m\u00e9morable et puissante : \u00ab\u00a0Ne demandez pas ce que votre pays peut faire pour vous, demandez ce que vous pouvez faire pour votre pays\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La question :<\/strong> <em>\u201cS&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a qu&rsquo;une seule chose \u00e0 retenir de ma communication, quelle est-elle ?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. La franchise radicale : challenger avec bienveillance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le Concept :<\/strong> La \u00ab\u00a0Franchise Radicale\u00a0\u00bb est un \u00e9quilibre. C&rsquo;est \u00ab\u00a0se soucier personnellement ET challenger directement\u00a0\u00bb. Cela signifie donner un feedback honn\u00eate et aborder les probl\u00e8mes de front, m\u00eame lorsque c&rsquo;est inconfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;Outil : la Session de feedback structur\u00e9e.<\/strong> Montrez d&rsquo;abord que vous vous souciez de la personne et de sa croissance. Ensuite, soyez direct en donnant un feedback clair et sp\u00e9cifique, sans sucre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;exemple : <\/strong>\u201cFlorence, je sais que tu es tr\u00e8s impliqu\u00e9 dans le succ\u00e8s de notre \u00e9quipe et je t\u2019en remercie. Je veux adresser un point important. Sur les deux derniers meetings, tu as interrompu \u00e0 plusieurs reprises tes coll\u00e8gues et monopoliser la parole. \u00c7a affecte la collaboration dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Je souhaite \u00e9changer sur ce comportement et comprendre comment je peux t\u2019aider \u00e0 d\u2019abord comprendre les autres avant de pousser ta solution.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La question :<\/strong> <em>\u201cDans quel domaine est-ce que je retiens un feedback honn\u00eate, et comment puis-je le formuler pour challenger directement tout en montrant que je me soucie personnellement ?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Le pouvoir des questions : guider plut\u00f4t que dire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le concept :<\/strong> L&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 du leadership moderne r\u00e9side moins dans le fait d&rsquo;avoir toutes les r\u00e9ponses que dans la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 poser les bonnes questions. Une bonne question stimule la r\u00e9flexion, l&rsquo;attention et la prise de responsabilit\u00e9 chez les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;outil : La question \u00ab\u00a0Et quoi d&rsquo;autre ?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong> Quand un collaborateur vous expose un probl\u00e8me, r\u00e9sistez \u00e0 l&rsquo;envie de donner imm\u00e9diatement la solution. Commencez par une question ouverte comme \u00ab\u00a0Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui te pr\u00e9occupe ?\u00a0\u00bb. Puis, pour creuser et encourager une r\u00e9flexion compl\u00e8te, demandez simplement : \u00ab\u00a0Et quoi d&rsquo;autre ?\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;exemple : Peter F. Drucker.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/optionstogrow.com\/fr\/the-effective-executive-by-peter-f-drucker\/\">Ce visionnaire du management<\/a> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0Le leader du pass\u00e9 savait comment dire ; le leader du futur saura comment demander\u00a0\u00bb. Il a compris que le questionnement est la cl\u00e9 pour d\u00e9bloquer le potentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La question :<\/strong> <em>\u201cQuel est le v\u00e9ritable enjeu, ici, pour toi ?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. L&rsquo;humilit\u00e9 du feedback : le recevoir avec gr\u00e2ce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le concept :<\/strong> La communication directe est une voie \u00e0 double sens. Les leaders efficaces n&rsquo;ont pas peur du feedback ; au contraire, ils le recherchent activement comme un cadeau pr\u00e9cieux pour leur croissance. Ils cultivent un environnement de confiance en \u00e9liminant toute posture d\u00e9fensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;outil : La pratique du \u00ab\u00a0Merci\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong> Lorsque vous recevez un feedback ou une suggestion, votre seule et unique r\u00e9ponse verbale imm\u00e9diate doit \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0Merci\u00a0\u00bb. Ne vous justifiez pas. N&rsquo;argumentez pas. Ne vous excusez pas. C&rsquo;est une discipline. En appliquant ces principes, vous passerez de la compr\u00e9hension \u00e0 l\u2019action ; vous construirez des relations solides, renforcerez votre cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rez votre carri\u00e8re.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ceux qui se posent la question.
