Leur croissance rapide d\u00e9pend de comment ils sont per\u00e7us par leurs parties prenantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organiser une usine \u00e0 feedback\/suggestions avec vos \u00e9quipes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Faites leur un 360\u00b0 qui inclut leurs principales parties prenantes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Identifier les points d\u2019am\u00e9liorations qui en ressortent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Aidez les \u00e0 choisir un point d\u2019am\u00e9lioration qui aide leur id\u00e9al<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Aidez les \u00e0 d\u00e9finir un objectif trimestriel de d\u00e9veloppement sur ce point<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Offrez leur un coach professionnel..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5\/ Battez vous pour eux quand ils ne sont pas l\u00e0 :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Vous connaissez leur id\u00e9al, vous observez leurs progr\u00e8s. Saisissez chaque opportunit\u00e9 de le communiquer aux parties prenantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Faites activement la promotion de leurs contributions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Encouragez les parties prenantes \u00e0 solliciter leur expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">\u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai constat\u00e9 l&rsquo;expertise de Florence en analyse de donn\u00e9es. Nous avons un probl\u00e8me d\u2019application.
