Mais \u00e7a ne fonctionne que si vous arrivez \u00e0 passer votre message calmement. Alors si n\u00e9cessaire, laissez votre \u00e9motion retomber.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aller droit au but\u2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"> \u201cComment vont les enfants ?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"> \u201c Ne m\u2019en parle pas. Le petit a eu 40 de fi\u00e8vre pendant le week-end&#8230;\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">C&rsquo;est difficile d&rsquo;encha\u00eener sur votre feedback&#8230; Pour ce type d&rsquo;\u00e9change. Et au final \u00e7a impacte la performance de toute notre \u00e9quipe.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feedback r\u00e9ussi, \u00e7a marche aussi \u00e0 la maison<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201c Quand tu parles mal \u00e0 ta s\u0153ur, \u00e7a m\u2019agace, et \u00e7a g\u00e9n\u00e8re des tensions et disputes dans la famille.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Une \u00e9tape que j&rsquo;aime ajouter&#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Je demande \u00e0 la fin \u201cComment pourrais-tu faire autrement ?\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C&rsquo;est aussi int\u00e9ressant pour un feedback positif<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">On dit \u00a0\u00bb belle pr\u00e9sentation\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est mieux que rien, mais \u00e7a n&rsquo;aide pas beaucoup celui qui le re\u00e7oit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">En utilisant la m\u00e9thode en 3 \u00e9tapes, on devient plus pr\u00e9cis. La personne comprend pourquoi, et \u00e7a l&rsquo;aide \u00e0 pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer dans son nouveau comportement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cQuand tu as pris le temps d&rsquo;\u00e9couter l&rsquo;auditoire, leur poser des questions, t&rsquo;assurer d&rsquo;avoir bien compris avant de r\u00e9pondre. J&rsquo;ai observ\u00e9 un calme et une confiance de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe dirigeante sur ce sujet qui cr\u00e9e tellement de tension habituellement. Et en plus, tu as obtenu un \u201cgo\u201d pour la prochaine \u00e9tape. Bravo.
