Elle venait de prendre un engagement avec elle-m\u00eame d\u2019arr\u00eater de fumer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle n&rsquo;a jamais repris ensuite. C\u2019\u00e9tait une femme formidable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et nous qui nous plaignons constamment, n&rsquo;avions m\u00eame pas remarqu\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On voit plus facilement ce qui nous g\u00eane que les progr\u00e8s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est rare que les gens les voient. Ils sont trop occup\u00e9s.<br>Et \u00e7a ne nous encourage pas vraiment \u00e0 changer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce que nous faisons souvent et les probl\u00e8mes que \u00e7a g\u00e9n\u00e8rent&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Je fais de mon mieux et ils vont finir par le voir.<\/strong> Je serai promu, etc..<br>La plupart du temps, on attend toujours et personne ne nous a remarqu\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Je sais ce que je dois changer.<\/strong> On suppose ce que les autres attendent de nous sans leur demander. Ils ne remarquent d\u00e9j\u00e0 pas nos projets quand c&rsquo;est quelque chose qui les int\u00e9resse. Alors imaginez, quand \u00e7a ne les int\u00e9resse pas.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Je n&rsquo;ose pas demander, je ne veux pas passer pour un incomp\u00e9tent<\/strong>\u2026<br>Montrer mes vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s. Non pas question ! Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;ils vont penser de moi.<br>Alors que c&rsquo;est (souvent) l&rsquo;inverse qui se passe. Plus on les montre, plus ils nous font confiance et veulent nous aider.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c0 quoi \u00e7a sert de continuer.<\/strong> Personne ne remarque et \u00e7a me demande des efforts.<br>On se cr\u00e9e un contexte qui favorise l&rsquo;abandon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une m\u00e9thode simple (je n&rsquo;ai pas dit facile) qui nous aide \u00e0 progresser et qui encourage les gens importants autour de nous \u00e0 le remarquer.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/_jRdPwY2yQgZe33WQ5ECdQ4kCoLQlCLhIfH3VQY0GZY-cQTxWfTH4UcLYOzOrzIlZ7QwhpC8xEMmuoo8AVflP1mc2DgvUFZCUpCfJMvU-bv_CTPtc44q5DST6gh5p1VYA3kdhTC-aQl6aMiqWeQFMFE\"><br><sup>Illustr\u00e9 par<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/pejmanmilani\/\"> Pejman (PJ) Milani<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je l&rsquo;ai compl\u00e8tement occult\u00e9 en 2013 quand je l&rsquo;ai lu pour la premi\u00e8re fois.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et il m&rsquo;a litt\u00e9ralement fascin\u00e9 quand je l&rsquo;ai relu et compris en 2022. MERCI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On analyse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est notre temps de r\u00e9flexion personnelle. On n&rsquo;a pas promis de s\u2019engager sur tout ce qu&rsquo;on nous a propos\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les leaders que <a href=\"https:\/\/optionstogrow.com\/11-executive-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">je coache<\/a> re\u00e7oivent en moyenne entre 12 et 24 suggestions par mois. Ils ne peuvent pas s&rsquo;investir sur tout. Mais ils peuvent y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et s\u00e9lectionner les suggestions qui leur paraissent les plus appropri\u00e9es.<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/optionstogrow.com\/fr\/?s=journal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Votre journal, un bon endroit pour le faire.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On r\u00e9pond.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merci pour vos retours, voil\u00e0 ce sur quoi je vais me concentrer ce mois-ci. Pourquoi ? Ils font partie du processus. On a dirig\u00e9 une partie de leur attention sur le sujet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi je sais que cela fonctionne?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>99% des dirigeants coach\u00e9s avec cette m\u00e9thode ont atteint leur objectif apr\u00e8s 9 \u00e0 12 mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et j\u2019ai pu vivre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience avec mes premiers leaders que j\u2019accompagne et o\u00f9 je mets en place ce processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais \u00e7a ne fonctionne pas seulement dans le milieu professionnel. Vous pouvez aussi l&rsquo;utiliser avec vos proches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mes enfants (surtout ma fille) se r\u00e9galent \u00e0 proposer leurs suggestions\u2026Et j\u2019avoue que je ne peux pas toutes les prendres \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On a peur de montrer notre vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et pourtant, c&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore et que les autres nous font (plus) confiance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a peur de leur demander de l&rsquo;aide. Et pourtant quand on le fait, ils sont ravis, et ils remarquent nos progr\u00e8s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus vite, on comprend cela, plus vite, on progresse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quel changement souhaitez-vous faire ?
