It’s almost time for good New Year’s resolutions.
To avoid abandoning them in the first few weeks. Try a different approach.
Focus on the process more than the results.
Developing a relationship, reaping the rewards of an investment, building a career or a business all take time.
Make peace with that.😀
The more I focus my efforts on actions, and on adjusting, the more I increase my chances of success.
But the result often takes longer than expected.
Defining the exact date is (almost) impossible and creates frustration.
Anticipate it when you design your goals.
What works best for me?
Disciplined on the process (enjoy it) and flexible on the outcome date.
