Most people (think they) are unhappy because they haven’t achieved what they want.
But…
Many people who have reached (what they thought were) their dreams are also unhappy.
Why?
Because of a lack of intention in the process.

He discovers the difficulties of management and moves away from what he loves to do, creating. - An expert who accepts a management role.
He doesn’t like reporting, managing teams and moves away from what he loves to do. (his expertise)
In both cases, they succeeded on external criteria.
But their inner values are not satisfied.
Money and external validation are not enough to fulfill them.
Every success has a price. Be sure you want to pay it before you commit yourself.
Your inner criteria > than the outer criteria.
