4 Essential Resources For A Successful Quarter

October 3, 2023 by Dror Allouche Leave a Comment

But Dror, how do you do it all?

It’s one of the questions I’ve been asked the most.

My secret…

The quarterly cadence.

And October 1st marks the start of a new one.

The perfect time to take a break, review what’s happened over the last three months, and prepare for our final quarter of the year…

So I’ve compiled 4 essential resources to help you succeed in Q4…

4 essential resources for a successful quarter

1/ If you want to get straight to the point.

Here are the tactics to follow for a successful fourth quarter.

I finished the exercise on 01/10.

As usual, I wasn’t in the mood before I started.

“I’ve got lots of things to do. I don’t have time this quarter.”

But as always, the clarity I gained was more than worth the 60 minutes I invested in the exercise.

2/ If you’re part of the clan who no longer believes in goals.

I don’t blame you… I list 6 reasons why they often don’t work.

And at the same time…

Focusing on the 3 principles of Time, Frequency, and Gain maximizes our chances of succeeding in our quarter and enjoying ourselves.

The 6 reasons and 3 principles are here…

3/ “Dror, goals are a thing of the past…

It’s been a long time since I switched to habits, and it’s much more efficient. “

I don’t believe in either/or but rather in and/and in this case.

We don’t use goals or habits.

We use both, and I explain why here.

Goals, habits, and good measure: 5 tips to make (all) your projects a success…

4/ How do you manage to do so much?

My secret. The pace of the quarter.

It was true in my corporate life, and it’s true in my personal projects.

So it’s no surprise that I’ve listed the concept twice in my 10 principles for succeeding in our wildest projects.

  • We have all the time we need to make our dreams come true…
  • The secret to achieving your ambitions: choose the right measure and review it frequently.

For those who missed out or want to dive again into the 10 principles that helped me realize my dreams…(And that could help you realize yours)

Conclusion…

The method is less important than the action.

Do it the way you want, but do it.

Set aside time and define your 3 to 5 goals (less is more) for the quarter.

Thank you
Dror Allouche
