Leadership Acceleration for Senior Leaders

Do any of these challenges sound familiar?

LEADERSHIP

We all know what good leadership looks like. But putting it into practice, especially under pressure, that’s a whole different story.

TIME

Ever feel like your schedule is completely packed? Finding time for one more thing, like coaching, can feel impossible.

ROI

You want results. Investing in yourself is smart, but you need to know it’s worth your time and money. How can you be sure this will pay off?

I am here to help

As a former C-level, I understand your concerns. They’re well-founded.
And at the same time, we know when we lead a team that our biggest lever for accelerating our most important projects is our people.

I’ll work with you to craft a leadership coaching plan that’s not just theoretical—it’s built on concrete feedback from your teams, tailored to your unique context, and designed to be seamlessly integrated into your daily work.

The best part? It comes with a guarantee. You only pay if you achieve the results you want.

You are a talent.

Everyone has been telling you that for a long time.

But you also know that What Got You Here Won’t Get You There. (The famous book of Marshall Goldsmith)

Business is getting more complex. Your role is becoming increasingly demanding. You must constantly adapt.

At your level, it’s rarely about hard skills.

But more about leadership behaviors.

I know what you are thinking as you read this. Another leadership training…

I hear you, and it’s true.

In theory, we all understand good leadership practices.

  • Seek first to understand, then to be understood. (Habit #5 in Mr covey’s famous book )
  • Build a climate of trust.
  • Avoid trying to win all the time ( hint, you often start your sentences with No, But, However, which is a disguised way of saying, “I’m right, you’re wrong”.)
  • Focus on the critical few.
  • Collaborate better

Historically, a great deal of leadership development has focused on the importance of an event. This event could be a training program, a motivational speech, or an offsite executive meeting. The experience of the eight companies we studied indicates that real leadership development involves a process that occurs over time, not an inspiration or transformation that occurs in a meeting.”
—Leadership Is a Contact Sport

But (let’s face it) it’s hard to change behavior.

And even more so in the heat of the moment, when you are juggling different appointments, when you still have to finalize an important presentation for the board, when the numbers are not as good as expected…

Executing what you know in leadership theory seems impossible.

You can’t teach an old dog new tricks…without Marshall Goldsmith’s help. With his coaching, you can change your old behavior to create new outcomes.”
—Deanna Mulligan, CEO, Guardian Life, Fortune 50 most powerful women in business

But there is another solution.

Improving your leadership on the job.

No fluff. No wasted time. Measured results.

And I believe in it so much that you only pay me if you succeed. (for more information, contact me here.)

What is the solution, and how does it work?

The model

Stakeholder Centered Coaching model

The process

  1. Objective: You choose the major objective of leadership behavior you want to improve.
  2. Stakeholders: You select 6 to 12 people who work and interact with you regularly in your current mission.
  3. Follow-up: You ask for monthly feedback and feedforwards to your stakeholders.
  4. Plan: You build and adapt your plan every month based on the feedback and “Feedforward” (suggestions) of your stakeholders
  5. Measurement: Through two mini-surveys addressed to your stakeholders

As your executive coach, I assist you throughout the process. (For more information, contact me here.)

What makes our coaching approach different?

How did it start?

I didn’t invent it (I wish I had 😀). It’s based on Marshall Goldsmith’s experience with the biggest CEOs in the world and over 30 years of research.

Time and again, one variable emerged as central to the achievement of positive long-term change: the participants’ ongoing interaction and follow-up with colleagues”
—Leadership Is a Contact Sport

I was lucky enough to be trained and certified as an executive coach by Marshall Goldsmith and his teams. (For more information, contact me here.)

—Regis Schultz, CEO, Darty Group (France), one of Europe’s top electrical retailers

We place a premium on developing strong leaders at McKesson and over the years we have relied greatly on Marshall’s leadership insights to support our executive talent development across the company.”
—John Hammergren, CEO, McKesson, Harvard Business Review 100 top performing CEOs in the world

Starting from the left Chris Coffey, Marshall Goldsmith, and Frank Wagner. The three founders of the Stakeholder Centered Coaching

Does it work?

Results from 11,000 business leaders in 6 multinational companies on 4 continents. “Leadership is a Contact Sport” by Marshall Goldsmith and Howard Morgan

Working with Marshall Goldsmith – Stakeholder-Centered Coaching has been highly engaging. We learned practical and actionable ways for leaders to get better.”

Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching has helped me become a more effective leader – as judged by the people who are most important at Getty Images – our employees. The coaching process has helped me and my executive team members to be much better positive role models for living our Leadership Principles.”—Jonathan Klein – CEO Getty Images

Ok, it looks credible and solid. But what’s in it for me?

  • You make a positive, measurable change in your leadership effectiveness
  • Even better: the people around you recognize it.
  • You and your teams go to the next level (for more information, contact me here.)

The leader of the past was a person who knew how to tell. The leader of the future will be a person who knows how to ask.”—Peter Drucker

I can’t afford to waste time. How long does it take?

Being a former C-level executive, I know how valuable your time is. That’s why I work with you to fit this coaching process into your schedule.

Everything is done in the real world of your job.

It’s designed to deliver results, not waste time.

You measure me as your executive coach not on the time I spend with you but on your results.
(for more information, contact me here.)

What’s next?

I am trained to accompany you in this coaching process.

But it has nothing to do with me.

This path works, doesn’t take time, and brings measurable results.

It’s simple BUT it’s not easy. It will require courage, humility, and discipline.

In exchange, you’ll become the leader you want to be.
